This verification is mandatory for this website and accessing the resources provided here. We reserve the right to refuse service if verification cannot be completed.

4. Non-Disclosure Agreement

All users must sign our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before participating in events. The NDA is legally binding, and breach of its terms may result in:

  • Financial penalties of $50,000 or more
  • Legal action and reimbursement of legal fees
  • Permanent ban from the Polar-United website

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Record, capture, or reproduce any audio or video during events
  • Share ANY content or meetings on social media or other platforms
  • Create defamatory content about the Company or its affiliates
  • Use the website for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts
  • Interfere with the proper working of this website

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of this website are owned by POLAR UNITED and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

POLAR UNITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
